We have not written one. This page exists so that a link to /terms tells you
that, instead of returning a page that claims to be terms and is not.
A terms-of-use document is a contract, and writing one that nobody has read properly would be worse than admitting there isn't one. When there is something to publish here, this page will carry it and the date at the top will change.
In the meantime, here is what is actually true about using Stitch Studio App.
It is free, and there is nothing to buy. There is no paid tier, no subscription and no payment path in the software at all. We hold no payment details because there is nothing to pay for.
Your designs are yours. We claim no ownership of anything you make here and no licence to use it, with one exception: if you choose to publish a design to the public gallery, you are asking us to show it publicly, and other people can open a copy of it in their own editor. That is the entire point of the gallery. Take the item down and that stops.
Publishing is always a deliberate act. Nothing you design is published automatically or by default.
Nobody's artwork is laundered through this site. If you import a picture you do not have the right to use, that is on you — and the import never leaves your browser, so we never receive it either way.
We do not promise the service will keep running. It is early, it is free, and it is operated by one person. It may break, change, or stop. This is exactly why the editor works without an account and why every design can be exported to a file you keep.
Nothing here is a warranty. The patterns this tool produces are generated from geometry; check them before you commit thread and fabric to them.
That part is written down, in detail, and it describes what the code actually does. See the privacy policy and the cookie notice.
